School-Based Health Center
Mt. Airy Elementary School is proud to offer a School-Based Health Center to help keep students healthy, in school, and ready to learn.
The Health Center provides convenient access to:
- Medical care and sick visits
- Well-child exams and sports physicals
- Immunizations and screenings
- Dental services
- Vision services
- Medication administration and other basic healthcare needs
Important: The School-Based Health Center does not replace your child's primary doctor, dentist, or eye doctor. Instead, it serves as an additional healthcare resource that allows students to receive care at school without missing valuable instructional time.

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Parent/Guardian consent is required before any services can be provided. Once signed, consent remains active until revoked in writing.
